Who operates this service

Bulin 47 Video is an independent video-generation website. It is not the official website of, nor endorsed by, the artist Bulin 47. The verified legal operator name, public contact address and applicable privacy jurisdiction are still pending. Privacy requests may be sent to support@bulin47videos.video.

Data we process

Google provides the account identifier and basic profile information needed to operate your account. Stripe processes hosted Checkout payment details; the application retains payment status, transaction references and credit-ledger entries but does not receive or store the full card number.

When you choose a photo, the browser prepares it before upload. Once signed in, draft access expires 24 hours after creation. When you explicitly start a render, the application sends a processed image and the configured private video reference to KIE.ai. KIE's current documentation says uploaded input files are deleted after 24 hours, generated media is retained for 14 days and text or metadata logs are retained for two months. Those provider periods are different from this site's access periods.

Completed result access expires after seven days. The Production Worker has a scheduled recovery task but no verified scheduled physical-deletion task, so access expiry is enforced while automatic deletion from Cloudflare R2 is not yet proven. Backups, operational records and provider logs can remain longer. This policy does not promise a physical-deletion deadline that has not been verified.

Service providers and disclosures

• Cloudflare runs the Worker, D1 database and private R2 object storage.
• Google supplies account sign-in.
• Stripe supplies hosted Checkout payment processing.
• KIE.ai receives the processed input and private reference needed for generation only after an explicit generation request.
• Plausible provides self-hosted aggregate page and visit analytics on the Production hostname.

Advertising measurement is disabled. Private photos, prompts, payment identifiers, task identifiers and private video links must not be sent to marketing analytics.

Access and security

Our application checks account ownership before allowing access to drafts and generated video. We use necessary session, security and operational records to provide the service and prevent abuse. No system is completely secure.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of eligible data, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to a relevant authority. Some transaction, accounting, security or fraud-prevention information may need to be retained. Send privacy requests to support@bulin47videos.video; no fixed response period is promised.
