Bulin 47 Video is an independently operated AI video tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Bulin 47, his representatives or anyone featured in the original trend.

The verified legal operator name, business type, public address and governing jurisdiction have not yet been supplied. The service is currently available at bulin47videos.video; questions about an account, delivery or refund can be sent to support@bulin47videos.video.

Accounts and permissions

Use accurate account details and keep your sign-in session secure. You must be authorized to upload the photographs and other materials you provide. Do not submit someone else's likeness without appropriate permission, impersonate people deceptively or violate laws or platform rules.

You retain your rights in material you submit. You authorize the service and its contracted generation and storage providers to process that material only as reasonably required to deliver the requested video, including storage, conversion and temporary transfer. The service does not grant you or the operator any third-party rights to a person's likeness, character, trademark, source footage, performer, voice or music.

Generation and output

AI-generated results vary and may fail quality or content checks. No specific likeness accuracy, soundtrack preservation, model availability or generation time is guaranteed. Results are available privately for up to seven days after successful delivery, after which they may be deleted. Save your output before it expires.

Credits, prices and charges

The current offer is limited to two one-time USD credit packs: $9.99 for 100 credits and $49.99 for 600 credits. The configured generation presets reserve 35 credits for 5 seconds at 480p, 100 for 15 seconds at 480p, 300 for 15 seconds at 720p or 30 seconds at 480p, and 600 for 30 seconds at 720p. There is no subscription, and Checkout never starts a generation automatically.

Credits are usable only for this service and are not a transferable currency. A confirmed terminal generation failure returns the credits reserved for that job once. Cash refund eligibility remains subject to the separate refund policy, applicable consumer law and any required operator review.

Prohibited use

Do not upload unauthorized photographs, audio or footage; violate likeness, privacy, copyright or trademark rights; impersonate people deceptively; abuse the service; seek access to another person's content; or request illegal or prohibited output.

The current project demos are backed only by a user statement that the material may be used. That statement has not been independently verified as written evidence of every likeness, character, music, video and commercial-processing right. An “independent” or “unofficial” notice is not a substitute for those rights.

Limitations and contact

The service is provided subject to applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Support and refund requests are accepted through support@bulin47videos.video; no fixed response time is promised. The verified business identity, address and jurisdiction remain pending.
